What makes Bold's Dual Grip™ different from other grip socks?
Most grip socks only have silicone on the outside of the sole. Bold's Dual Grip has silicone outside (grips the reformer carriage, mat, megaformer) AND silicone inside (grips your foot, so the foot stops sliding inside the sock). Two layers — that's the difference.
Is Bold designed for Pilates AND Lagree?
Yes — engineered for reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, Lagree on the megaformer, and barre. The Dual Grip system works on any studio surface.
What size should I order?
One size fits U.S. women's 5–10. The stretch-knit is engineered to fit the full range snugly without slipping.
When do orders ship?
